Built on 2.1 acres near the Lexington Station Green Line Light Rail stop, the community features affordable housing, ground-floor retail, work-from-home suites, entertainment spaces, a pool deck, and 281 parking stalls. Inspired by the area’s history as a transportation hub, The Nine celebrates connection, accessibility, and community while creating a welcoming place for residents to call home.
