Do you perform remodeling work?
We focus primarily on new construction projects, but we have performed tenant improvement work in the past. If you are curious if we would be a good fit for your project, please reach out as we would be happy to discuss.
Do you perform residential or commercial work?
Both! Schwieters Companies works on both residential and commercial projects. On the commercial side, we focus on multifamily, senior living, hotels, clubhouses, and more.
Do you work with homeowners?
We work directly with general contractors. If you are a homeowner, we encourage you to ask your general contractor to reach out to Schwieters Companies to discuss your building needs.
What scopes do you cover?
We supply and install doors, millwork, prefinished product, cabinetry, custom casework, hardware and hollow metal, stair rail systems, countertops and sills, bath accessories and more.
What size projects do you work on?
We work on single-family homes from 1,200 to 25,000 square feet, and multifamily projects from just a few units to upwards of 400 units.
