Rye Apartments is a 168-unit multifamily community featuring four stories of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Groundbreaking began in August 2024, with the community opening in September 2025. Schwieters Companies supplied the interior finishes throughout the project, contributing to the modern and welcoming design of the community. Residents enjoy a range of amenities, including a pool, dog spa, fitness center, work-from-home spaces, community lounge, game room, patio with a bocce ball court, pet run, indoor parking, and indoor bicycle storage.
